HEY, check out this opportunity! We're looking for a Kennel Technician. Duties include (but are not limited to), cleaning and hosing out runs, scooping, ensuring fresh water, feeding, safely walking dogs on leash to and from front desk and kennel to outdoor play areas, attending doggy play-times, and constructive interaction with dogs in support of their training program. Candidate must be reliable, teachable, safety conscious, have a positive attitude, professional, enjoy being a member of a caring and fun team, and be empathetic toward dogs and our customers. Physical requirements include the ability to safely handle a large dog on leash, be on your feet most of the time, work in an environment with barking dogs, twisting, turning, bending, lifting, following safety guidelines, and indoor and outdoor working. Knowledge of Gingr kennel management software a plus (or we'll teach you)! You will need a reliable, independent method of transportation.
